Hailing from the Benti Korbo Drying Station and surrounds, we are pleased to welcome this fruit-forward lot, roasted for filter; a stunning example of the nuanced expression that Guji coffees are so well known for.
The Benti Korbo Drying Station is a private mill located approximately 5km outside of Shakiso town proper, in the famed Guji Zone or Oromia. Owned and operated by our long standing partner Tesfaye Bekele, owner of the nearby Suke Quto farm, Benti Korbo serves as Tesfaye’s dedicated natural and honey processing station. Since 2009, Benti Korbo has served as a key collection point for cherry from over 170 organic outgrowers from the surrounding community.
